San Luis Obispo county sheriff’s detectives arrest 26-year-old Michael Franklin Santiago of Santa Maria for possession for sale of a controlled substance.
A search of his home in Santa Maria turned up a 9mm handgun and a .22 caliber rifle reported stolen out of Nipomo.
They also found more than 166 grams of heroin with a street value of $10,000 to $13,000.
