The Paso Robles city council directed staff to proceed with all four of its recommendations regarding retail cannabis offices in the city.
Staff were directed to remove the cap of 3 such businesses in the municipal code, develop a cannabis regulatory permit, and require existing holders of conditional use permits to amend their applications in order to allow recreational cannabis delivery.
These will come back as future items for individual discussion and approval.
