71-year-old David Allen Leader, head of the Templeton Area Advisory Group, has been sentenced to two years of supervised probation, and 30 days in county jail.
His sentencing is from felony vandalism and misdemeanor violations of court orders. Mr. Leader plead guilty to these counts in July, and his plea agreement resolved two consolidated criminal cases arising from a prolonged pattern of alleged vandalism, harassment, and repeated violations of a civil harassment restraining order at several Templeton-area neighbors.
A restitution hearing is scheduled for November 4th at 8:30 am in department 7 of the San Luis Obispo county superior court.
