The Paso Robles city council’s next meeting will be tonight at 6 in the Norris room at Centennial park.
On tonight’s agenda is a report from the El Camino Homeless Organization, required by the city for its contribution agreements. ECHO has fulfilled its obligations, according to the fiscal year 2025 – 26 end-year status, such as providing a sufficient number of shelter beds, providing quarterly reports and updates, and providing occupancy preference to eligible households who live or work in the city of Paso Robles. Staff is recommending council receive and file the end-of-year report, and approve the contribution agreement of $222,000 for fiscal years 2026 – 27 to ECHO.
