The Paso Robles school board’s next meeting will be Tuesday, September 22nd, with closed session starting at 6.
In next week’s meeting, the board will discuss approving an MOU with the city of Paso Robles regarding the 36th street campus. The campus officially closed at the conclusion of the 2023 – 24 school year, but the district maintains ownership of its campus and athletic fields.
The city of Paso Robles has proposed a partnership with the district for the rehabilitation, maintenance, and public use of the campus’ athletic fields. With the agreement, the city will lease the fields and manage, schedule, and maintain them for public recreational and athletic activities. The agreement, effective for three years, would only be for the athletic fields, and not include existing structures. Staff is recommending the board approve the MOU with the city.
You can attend Tuesday’s meeting in person, or watch online.
