A cement mixer truck crashed with an unknown vehicle yesterday morning at around 10:23 am.
The incident occurred on the US 101 southbound lanes near the 13th street bridge in Paso Robles.
CHP has not released an official statement on the incident, but its traffic information page said the driver of the unknown vehicle asked the driver of the cement mixer to not call the police.
No further information is available at this time.
