The city of Atascadero held its ceremonial oath of office for its newly appointed city manager, James R. Lewis.
The city will also be presenting a commendation and recognition presentation for outgoing city manager Rachelle Rickard during its regular meeting tomorrow, July 11th at 6 pm.
