The Paso Robles city council unanimously approved the recommendation from the planning commission for the plans to an affordable housing project on Creston road.
The project includes 12 duplex buildings on a 4.32 acre property, located on Creston road near Capitol Hill road. Each condo has private yards and attached 2-car garages. The lot contains guest parking spaces.
As part of the project, 10 oak trees are required to be removed, a majority of which are in poor condition. 29 oak trees will be planted as a replacement to their removal.
