PG&E’s 7-day forecast for public safety power shutoffs says that there is a ‘likely’ chance for shutoffs this week, starting Thursday the 19th and going through Sunday the 22nd.
Shutoffs are likely for the San Miguel area. These power safety shutoffs are done to prevent wildfires in high risk areas during dangerous weather.
PG&E customers can check their address on PG&E’s website to determine their risk of losing power during this period.
