The Paso Robles joint unified school district announced they have appointed a new director of student services: Ms. Leonor Buza.
Ms. Buza has more than 25 years of experience in education, the school district says. More recently, she held a variety of leadership positions from the Los Angeles unified school district, providing guidance and oversight to over 20 schools.
The district says she has advocated for equity, inclusion, and community engagement. “Her experience and passion for student success will be instrumental in strengthening our student services programs and supporting the diverse needs of our school community,” said superintendent Jennifer Loftus.
