The county board of supervisor’s next meeting will be Tuesday, September 1st at 9 am.
On the board’s agenda is a request to approve an easement for the Morro Bay to Cayucos connector gap pathway project. This multi-year project will close a gap between the communities of Morro Bay and Cayucos, with construction scheduled to start in spring 2027.
As part of the process, staff is presenting the board with a temporary easement necessary for the construction, an agreement reached with Chevron land and development company. The agenda says the property owner has donated the easements, and approval will allow the department of parks and recreation to proceed with processing the transaction and constructing the project.
You can attend Tuesday’s meeting in person, or watch online.
