A vegetation fire erupted Sunday afternoon near the 200 block of O’Connor way.
Fire officials said the blaze had the potential to grow to 50 acres, but it was quickly contained to about 13 acres. Crews remained on the scene to mop up the blaze hours later.
No injuries were reported and no structures were damaged, and no information has been released on the cause.
