A 32-year-old man arrested in connection with the windows being broken early Tuesday morning in downtown Paso Robles. The unidentified man arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and violating probation. He was arrested late Tuesday night.
The Paso Robles police took reports of rocks thrown through windows at three businesses on Spring street. And another on Park in the downtown area.
