San Luis Obispo county supervisors held a special meeting Friday morning to discuss efforts to re-open the county for business.
The virtual meeting was difficult to access because of technical issues, but supervisor John Peschong says the board made some progress. Peschong says the supervisors are frustrated by the lack of cooperation from governor Gavin Newsom in allowing the county to reopen.
