San Luis Obispo county’s public health officer Penny Borenstein makes her weekly report on the coronavirus yesterday.
Dr. Borenstine says there is some good news. She says the county has spent one week below restrictions for the move from the purple to the red tier.
The red tier would reopen limited indoor seating in local restaurants, movie theaters and impact the operation of gyms and tattoo establishments.

Testing for the coronavirus is in San Luis at the Vets Hall, and there’s also a site in Morro Bay. That Morro Bay testing center will move to Atascadero’s Pavilion on the lake next week. You can make a reservation to be tested at the county emergency website, readyslo.org.
