Villa San-Juliette is for sale.
The 159-acre winery estate is listed on the real estate market for $22 million.
The winery is owned by the original executive producers of “American Idol” Ken Warwick and Nigel Lythgoe. Along with Warwick’s wife, Julie.
They purchased the property on Cross Canyons road in San Miguel for $5.2 million back in 2005. Then built the Tuscan style estate.
Now it’s for sale for $22 million.
