The Arroyo Grande police department released a statement on a vehicle traffic collision that took place yesterday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of East Grande avenue regarding a two-vehicle collision, where one had struck a building. One vehicle with an injured driver was located at the entrance to the Arroyo Town and Country Square shopping center, and the second was found to have collided with the Tribe Coffeehouse’s front patio area and Blue Seafood and Grill building.
The driver of the first vehicle was transported to a local hospital, while the second declined medical transport. The Arroyo Grande police department says that intoxication is not believed to be associated in this collision, and the investigation is still ongoing.
