The Paso Robles city council unanimously approved changes to its municipal code, allowing cannabis non-storefront retail deliveries to operate in the city.
Updates to the municipal code will also no longer limit the number of cannabis businesses allowed to operate, and establish a cannabis regulatory permit.
This was the first reading of the ordinance, and will be brought back as a second reading in a later consent agenda.
