The El Camino Homeless Organization announced yesterday that its Long Walk Home event on Saturday, September 23rd, raised over fifty thousand dollars.
ECHO’s CEO, Wendy Lewis said: “Your donations will directly impact the lives of those we serve, and your presence at the Long Walk Home sends a powerful message of compassion.”
ECHO said in its release that it has helped 131 men, women, and children get back into housing this year alone.
