Almond Acres Charter Academy opened for a week before Christmas, but over the winter break, more work was completed at the new school.
Executive director Bob Bourgault says building a charter school from scratch has been a great experience.
Enrollment for the next academic year will begin January 15th. An open house will be held, probably in February, after the gym is completed.
