The state of California is offering down payments to first time home buyers.
It’s called the “Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan Program.”
It helps first time home buyers with their down payments.
Initially, the state funded $500 million for the program. This year’s budget includes $300 million for the program.
There are a list of qualifications in order to get that down payment from the state.
