Forecasters say we’ll see sunny skies this week, with temperatures in the upper 80’s to the mid 90’s. Early next week, highs will get back over 100 for several days, but this week will be cooler.
To our north west, the Dolan fire continues to burn out of control. It has now burned 128 thousand acres. It’s 46% contained.
The fire encompasses about 200 square miles, but there has been little grown on the fire int he past few days. Highway one remains closed north of Lucia.
