The El Camino Homeless Organization has a major fundraiser Saturday in Atascadero. Wendy Lewis is the executive director of ECHO. She says participants pay $30 each, and walk just over a mile through Atascadero. After the walk they receive a t-shirt and a barbecue. Cal Poly Ranks Big 9.22.2021

Cal Poly ranks on Forbes best colleges list. Cal Poly ranked 58th out of 600 colleges. That methodology by Forbes looks at alumni salary, student debt, graduation rate, and return on investment. UC Berkeley was named the best college in the ranking. Followed by Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard, and UCLA.
