The Paso Robles school board holding another five hour meeting last night. One of the discussion items. The sale of the 25 yard pool.
You may remember the school board voted to support superintendent Chris Williams’ purchase of two pools from Italy for $1.5 million dollars.
The board agreed to sell the smaller pool, but the bids were not what they had hoped.
Chief business officer Brad Pawlowski tells the board they should reject a bid of $50,000. They vote unanimously to do so.
The smaller pool, which cost the district about one half million dollars, may sell for under 100,000 dollars.
The board discussed at length some other issues, which will address in tomorrow’s news.
