This week, we are expecting to receive word of endorsements by the republican party of San Luis Obispo county.
They are rumored to be endorsing Peter Byrne for the school board, which is noteworthy. Byrne is challenging school board president Chris Arend in one of the new districts.
Arend has been a lightning rod for controversy with his public positions on creative race theory and gender studies.
