The number of deaths in San Luis Obispo county stands at 16.

Regardless, Paso Robles city manager Tom Frutchey sends out a letter urging residents to prevent the spread of the virus. He says the city is moving in the wrong direction with its increasing number of coronavirus cases. Paso Robles has confirmed 501 cases. The vast majority of those cases are mild. Frutchey says there are only two major Paso Robles developments that don’t have at least one current coronavirus case. Traditions one and Quail Run.
Frutchey says, “This is not a good sign. If we would just observe physical distancing, limit mixing with those outside out household and wear masks, the community transmission number could be cut dramatically.”
Dr. Warren Frankel, who is a medical doctor says, the politicians and bureaucrats should count fatalities not the number of cases. Dr. Frankel will be our guest on sound off next Monday.
