At Paso Robles city council last night, mayor pro tem John Hamon honored volunteers with a proclamation.
The council also honored the library, which inspired the introduction of the new city librarian, Eric Lashley. He recently moved from Austin Texas to become head librarian in Paso Robles.
Former librarian Angelica Fortin promoted to Director of Community Services.
