The San Luis Obispo police department has identified the motorcyclist that died in a vehicle crash Tuesday morning.
25-year-old Jeremiah Gerlach of San Luis Obispo sustained major injuries after colliding into a silver sedan on Broad street. He later died from his injuries at a local hospital.
The driver of the sedan reportedly cooperated with officers in the ongoing investigation of the crash.
