Tax time is fast approaching.
Heidi Seely volunteers with the AARP Program to provide free taxes services for seniors who cannot otherwise afford it. She says there are some changes this year, particularly related to unemployment. She says citizens who received unemployment have to pay taxes on those unemployment payments.
