Yesterday afternoon, two teenagers engaged in a physical altercation on San Carlos drive in Paso Robles, after one of them pulled up to the other in their vehicle.
When officers arrived, they attempted to calm the situation. However, a 13-year-old bystander began to berate one of the officers, repeatedly calling him fat.
The teen was then arrested and transported to juvenile hall after the teen attempted to close in on the officer’s space, swatting the officer’s hands away when he attempted to protect himself.
