Supervisor John Peschong announced last week, before the governors order, to ask the board of supervisors to sue the governor.
He planned to bring up the issue during today’s closed session. So, the question is, will the supervisors discuss a lawsuit against the governor during closed session?
Peschong texted me this morning, yes they will discuss it in closed session.
They meet this morning at the county government center.
