Highway one reopens today.
At noon today, there will be a big ceremony with the Big Sur marching band, and then highway one will reopen to traffic.
You may see the difference if you go to Cambria this weekend. More people on the streets. And more people tasting wine at Harmony Cellars and Black Hand Wine tasting room at the west end of Cambria, just off highway one, which is reopening today at noon.
