Good news for those who love art films and obscure foreign language films. The Palm Theater in San Luis Obispo reopens.
The theater seats up to 248 people, but will allow only 110-120 people into the building.
Theater owner Jim Dee says, “I’m glad that people are getting to watch films on the big screen again.”
