42-year-old Cruz Christopher Gomez of Creston back in the court room yesterday.
He is accused of killing one man and leaving his body near Santa Margarita, and then stabbing a woman in Paso Robles.
Yesterday, San Luis Obispo superior court judge Dodie Harmon issues three restraining orders against Gomez.
They protect seven individuals from contact with Gomez. He is not allowed to contact those individuals through social media, and must stay 50 feet away from them. His bail set at $1.25 million dollars.
Gomez is accused of shooting to death 42-year-old Jack Dean Everhart of Creston. The shooting was reported to sheriff’s deputies on the morning of April 6th. Later that same day, he allegedly stabbed a Paso Robles woman. He was arrested that afternoon hiding in a hot tub not far from her home.
He is expected to enter a plea at his arraignment April 28th.
