The San Luis Obispo county sheriff’s department announcing an arrest in the murder of a 90-year-old activist who was found dead at his home in Oceano two years ago.
41-year-old David Krause is identified as the suspect in the killing of Larry Bross, a retired history teacher and longtime community advocate.
Krause was formally charged with murder. He will be arraigned this week in San Luis Obispo superior court.
