Cold temperatures and a little rain inspiring Coats For Kids to return to the north county.
This goes back a few years for Barbi Butz of Atascadero. She helped start it. She gives a lot of the credit to Plaza cleaners and others who have donated time over the years.
This year, rotary is getting involved to a greater extent which will insure its success.
