By now, you’ve probably driven through the detour at the Golden Hills Union road intersection. That intersection by the Culinary Arts Academy is closed for the construction of a dog-bone roundabout.
Ditas Esperanza of the Paso Robles public works department gives us a progress reported. She says the construction crews are laying underground water and other pipes before work begins on the roundabout.
