LAST FRIDAY, DR. PENNY BORENSTEIN ANNOUNCED THAT STUDENTS WILL NOT RETURN TO THE CLASS ROOM THIS ACADEMIC YEAR. AT THE PASO ROBLES SCHOOL DISTRICT, SUPERINTENDENT DR. CURT DUBOST WAS NOT SURPRISED.
DR. DUBOST SAYS DISTANCE LEARNING WILL CONTINUE IN THE PASO ROBLES SCHOOL DISTRICT UNTIL JUNE 4TH
WHICH IS WHEN STUDENTS ARE SCHEDULED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL. DR. DUBOST SAYS THE SCHOOL DISTRICT IS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WILLING TO SERVE ON A COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE CLOSURE OF SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT TO REDUCE SPENDING, AND ADDRESS DECLINING ENROLLMENT.
