
Former Cal Poly star pitcher Bryan Woo has been selected for his first All-Star Game.
Woo, a 25-year-old right-handed pitcher for the Seattle Mariners, learned of the selection on Sunday. The game will be held in Atlanta on July 15th. Woo has an 8-4 record and a 2.77 ERA in 17 games. He has posted 104 strikeouts.
Woo was selected in the sixth round of the 2021 Major League Baseball draft and is playing in his third MLB season.
