The Paso Robles school board’s next meeting is tomorrow night, with closed session starting at 6 pm.
The school board and public receives updates as information items pertaining to Georgia Brown dual immersion at these meetings. The presentation for this meeting says the school district is preparing to add transitional kindergarten and seventh grade classes to its enrollment.
Also on the presentation are survey response results from parents and students regarding attendance, uniforms, and 7th grade electives and sports they would like to see at the school. 75% of parents who responded said they would like to have uniforms at Georgia Brown.
Incoming 7th graders listed robotics, art, and band as their most desired electives. The most popular listed sports were soccer, basketball, and volleyball.
The board will take no action, as this is an information item.
