The Templeton Eagles shocked the Arroyo Grande Eagles Friday night at Mike Erb field in Templeton. The Eagles beating Arroyo Grande 49-12. Coach Don Crow tells KPRL.
Templeton quarterback Tyler Kaschewski had 346 yards and five touchdowns on 23 carries. Running back Josh Berna ran for 190 yards and two touchdowns. The Templeton line also played well. The size of the Templeton’s big men is impressive. Anthony Fischer is 6’7”, 265 pounds. Chase Richards is 6’2”, 285 pounds. Mason Barbour is 6’4”, 258 pounds. All three players are all muscle.
The Eagles improve to 3-0 for the season. Friday, they travel to Santa Maria to take on undefeated St. Joseph. Should be a big challenge for the Eagles. You can hear that game here on KPRL Friday evening.
In other games Friday night, Righetti beat Paso Robles 34-7 in Santa Maria. The Bearcats host Arroyo Grande Friday night at War Memorial stadium. Santa Maria shut out Atascadero 35-0. The Greyhounds will host Morro Bay on Friday.
