The US Open completed yesterday at Torrey Pines golf course in San Diego.
John Rahm of Spain and University of Arizona won the US Open. He was four under par yesterday to finish six under. One stroke back, Larry Oosthuisen of South Africa finished second.
Xander Schauffele finished five strokes back in a six way tie for 7th. Xander’s caddie is Austin Kaiser who grew up in Atascadero playing golf at Chalk Mountain and for the Greyhound golf team. Austin met Xander while playing at San Diego state.
