The county sheriff’s office responded to a report earlier this week regarding a child sexual abuse allegation.
The sheriff’s office conducted an investigation immediately, and two victims were identified, both females under the age of 14. The sheriff’s office identified the suspect was 67-year-old Victor Manuel VillaMedina of Nipomo, and say the sexual abuse began years ago.
The sheriff’s office arrested VillaMedina on Wednesday for multiple counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14, sexual penetration with a victim 10 years or younger, and aggravated sexual assault of a minor by force.
