The Celebration of Life for Norma Moye will be held this Saturday, February 28th.
This will take place at 11 am in the Estrella building in the mid-state fairgrounds. The event will include several guest speakers, including friends, business associates, and others connected to Norma’s work.
Norma died peacefully on December 15, 2025 at the age of 92.
