Santa Maria Brewing closing its doors in Atascadero. The brewery files for bankruptcy two years ago. Santa Maria Brewing Company opened in 1994. Byron and Karen Moles bought the brewery in 2013. They added locations in Paso Robles, Atascadero and Santa Maria in 2018. Moles filed for bankruptcy in 2020, a victim of the government imposed covid shutdown, which closed a lot of small business.
McClintocks Saloon in San Luis loses it’s license to sell alcohol for one month. The suspension occurs after employees allegedly assaulted a patron.
