Last week, the CAT team with the Paso Robles police department facilitated a trash clean up in the Salinas riverbed.
A local company was hired to remove 94 hundred pounds of trash from the southeast and northeast end of the riverbed. That cost about 75 hundred dollars.
Crews are out in the riverbed this week cleaning up the northwest end of the riverbed. It’s an ongoing operation which will continues until the rains limit access into the riverbed.
