Late last week, the Paso Robles police department responded to an armed robbery for Jersey Mike’s at Theater drive in Paso Robles.
The suspect displayed a handgun while demanding money from an employee, and fled the scene before police arrived. The police department provided an update on Wednesday, identifying a suspect vehicle as a red 2-door mini cooper. License plate: 8JKZ750.
Police served a search warrant at a Motel 6 in San Simeon, where they arrrested 41-year-old Cameron Clark Waller of Paso Robles. Police recovered a replica handgun believed to be used in the robbery, but no cash was discovered, and the suspect vehicle is still outstanding. Waller was booked into the San Luis Obispo county jail for robbery, committing a felony while out on bail, and possession of a controlled substance.
