President Joe Biden says he’s going to visit the central coast Thursday to examine the storm damage. The white house did not specify which communities the president would visit.
His plans are vague at this point, but it appears he may be going to Santa Cruz, which suffered extensive damage in some areas.
On Saturday, president Biden approved a major disaster declaration for Santa Cruz, Sacramento and Merced counties.
