Home sales in San Luis Obispo county dropped in March as housing costs went up, and the inventory increased some, too.
Statewide, the median price of a home rose for the first time since October. The median price is $791,490 in California. The median number of days homes spent on the real estate market fell in March to 19 days. That’s the lowest since last August.
Prices went up in Atascadero.
Prices dropped in Templeton and Paso Robles.
The median home price in Paso Robles was $721 thousand dollars.
It dropped 3.8% from last year.
Inventory in the north county in March was up 33% from March of 2022.
