San Luis Obispo county is still keeping track of the cases of covid, and there are fewer reported last week.
42 new cases in the county last week. That’s down from the previous week. The death count remains the same.
Since they started keeping track back in March of last year, 261 people with coronavirus died in San Luis Obispo county.
The average age was over 85. Most had other underlying health conditions, although they stopped reporting how many of the fatalities also suffered from diabetes, heart disease or other health issues.
